Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Organisation and enquiry area are optional. The page or solution from which you arrive may supply enquiry context, and the form includes the selected language. You may also contact us directly by email. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a contact address and enough detail to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information, identity documents, financial data or health information at this stage. The form does not accept uploads.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond and organise relevant follow-up. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, the legal basis is taking those pre-contractual steps. For other business correspondence, including enquiries on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant requests and managing business communications. Security checks rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiry service from abuse. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use it for behavioural profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Connection information and abuse prevention
Delivering a web page involves processing connection information, including an IP address and request details. The contact handler validates submitted fields and request origin. It derives a hashed identifier from the connection IP address for a short-lived attempt counter in server memory. This is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The application does not write enquiry bodies or raw IP addresses to a persistent database. Hosting-level request and security logs are separate from this application behaviour.
Enquiry delivery and recipients
The form sends information to this website’s server-side handler. Email is delivered directly using authenticated SMTP. A failure message means the form has not confirmed acceptance; you can instead email hello@eukleon.com. Access is limited to people responsible for handling enquiries and technical services necessary to operate the website and email. Information may also need to be disclosed where a legal obligation requires it.
Retention and security
Retention is determined by the time needed to respond, manage relevant follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations or address legal claims. The nature and status of the enquiry determine the appropriate period; we do not assert one fixed period for every message. Information should be deleted when these purposes no longer justify retaining it. Access and transmission must be protected appropriately. The form uses server-side validation and authenticated SMTP over implicit TLS for email delivery. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to handle a request. Contact hello@eukleon.com. You may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.
Cookies and external websites
The application contains no analytics, advertising pixels, social feeds or remotely loaded fonts. The Cookie Policy explains its storage behaviour. Social and GMK links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices. Their content is not embedded here.
